The new outlet in town will feature new menu items infused with influences from different cuisines.
Satisfy your hunger pangs during the lunch hour rush with signature bowls such as the Umami Soy Chirashi ($18.80), Truffle Roasted Garlic Chirashi ($23.80), Tamago-Mentai Chirashi ($19.80), Salmon Ikura Chirashi ($23.80), or Grilled Unagi Chirashi ($25.80). From truffle to salmon and Tamago, there’s a bowl for everyone here to tuck into.
Affordable Japanese And Local Delights
The star of the show here is definitely the Omote Chirasi. For just $15.80, enjoy a bowl of fluffy short-grained Japanese rice hidden beneath perfectly diced bite-sized cubes of salmon, tuna, octopus, prawn, and salmon roe. This yummy combination is served is a palm-sized sushi rice bowl.
Drenched in rich, umami sauces, the sushi rolls available here are also superstar dishes you have to try.
Fans of local fare can opt for the Lobster Hokkien Mee ($24.80), Crispy Chilli Crab ($28.80), Prawn Ramen ($19.80), and Asari Garlic Flambe ($18.80). An interesting rendition that differs from the usual cooking techniques and ingredients used in these local delights, these dishes are exclusive to Omote.
