New Hawker Stall Serves Fried Rice From $4
With fried rice plates going at prices from as low as $4, Hi Fan Tian brings pocket-friendly meals to diners in Geylang. Located in a humble coffee shop at 45 Sims Drive, the stall is helmed by two experienced chefs, one being a former chef at Din Tai Fung.
Yummy Fried Rice Flavours And Toppings
Choose from a variety of fried rice flavours and toppings. Their most basic dish, classic Egg Fried Rice, is reasonably priced at $4 for its generous portion. Spruce up your dish by adding an additional $2.50 for Pork Chop, Shrimp, or Chicken Cutlet. Alternatively, cheaper protein options such as Luncheon Meat are also available for just $1.50.
Spice lovers can turn up the heat with Hi Fan Tian’s Sambal Fried Rice or Mala Fried Rice. Addictively spicy, be sure to give these two fried rice flavours when you drop by!
Noodle dishes are also aplenty here with options such as Noodles with Minced Pork (S$5), Dry Noodle (S$3.50), Dry Noodle w/ Chicken Cutlet (S$6.80), Dry Noodle w/ Pork Chop (S$6.80) and Spicy Pork Wanton Noodle (S$6.50). Pair with any of the stall’s a la carte dishes for a filling meal.
