Firstly, let us delve deeper into the preparation process of their signature spare ribs. The prime pork ribs are first marinated in their signature spice rub, then slow-cooked to achieve the fall-off-the-bone tenderness.

After which, the ribs are being flame-grilled to perfection. This brings out the signature charred, smoky edges on the ribs—rustic American BBQ-style.

The final step of the preparation involves basting the prime ribs with their signature sauces. Morganfield’s currently offers their ribs in 5 varieties of flavours: the classic Hickory BBQ, Smoked Peppercorn, Kansas Sweet BBQ, Spicy Asian BBQ and Garlic BBQ.

Morganfield’s has brought their ribs to a whole new level and have spiked their BBQ sauce up (literally). Their all-new Bourbon Bacon Sticky Bones is their latest flavour and is set to impress.

A full slab of Bourbon Bacon Sticky Bones alongside grilled corn and potato salad is priced at $49.90++. This flavour will be available from 7 September 2020 to 1 November 2020!

The prime ribs are coated with a rich, intense bourbon-spiked barbecue sauce. It is sweet and savoury with a mild tang and every mouthful of the ribs comes with a hint of bourbon! After being basted with the sauce, the ribs are topped off with hand-chopped bacon bits, followed by strips of candied bacon to seal the deal.

These streaky delights are first soaked in bourbon for hours, ensuring that the meat gets its full-bodied smoky flavour.
