Mini Star (HK) Fermented Beancurd
Mini Star (HK) has been serving their popular Fermented Beancurd for over 26 years and has established their dish as one of the most adventurous restaurant food. Mini Star (HK) was first founded in 1997 at Chinatown Hawker Centre and has since relocated to the heart of Geylang.
Situated in one of the most vibrant food scenes in Singapore, they serve Hong Kong cuisine to adventurous gourmets. Mini Star (HK) prides themselves in using traditional preparation techniques and each dish is handcrafted by the owner.
