This quintessential afternoon tea starts with a selection of savouries that includes Parma Ham Sandwich, Smoked Salmon Sandwich in Pumpernickel, Tandoori Roll with Telegraphic Cucumber, Crab Meat Remoulade in Profiterole, Singapore Chilli Crab Lobster Quiche and Truffle Croque Monsieur.
