Toss to prosperity with their Yu Sheng – a delightful medley of fresh julienned vegetables, crisp crackers, and salmon sashimi. Crafted through a meticulous process, the rich and velvety Fish Maw Soup is filled with collagen, vitamins, and antioxidants. The fish maw is carefully soaked before being brought to a gentle boil in a flavorful fish broth. A medley of herbs is then simmered in with a dash of pepper for a comforting sip.
Incorporating over eight herbs, the Emperor Chicken with Chinese Wine is steamed for over two hours, resulting in succulent meat that harmoniously encapsulates the infusion of herbs and wine.
Hailing from Jakarta’s Chinatown, the Bebek Panggang is a symbol of festive indulgence. Featuring succulent duck meat, the meticulous process of roasting and grilling results in the skin being incredibly crispy, with a delightful harmony of sweet-savoury flavours.
One of the must-tries is their Mie Goreng Special Kota88, where each bite is bite is bursting with wok hei and amazing textures, elevated with a fiery sambal. Springy noodles are tossed in a house-made sauce including roast pork, BBQ pork, Chinese sausage, tender chicken, sliced beef ball, and fish ball. The dish is then crowned with smoked bacon bits and sliced chilli for a pleasant medley of flavours.
