Here’s the good news, Impossible Foods will be available across 200 grocery stores based in Singapore and Hong Kong. Prior to this, plant-based beef is only available for home chefs located in the United States. Due to the global pandemic, the company noticed a tremendous shift in shopping and cooking habits in consumers. After all, we are all staying at home.
In Singapore, it will be available at FairPrice outlets and RedMart. FairPrice outlets include FairPrice supermarkets, FairPrice Finest, and FairPrice Xtra hypermarkets. Strategically priced at $16.90 for 340 grams of Impossible Beef, the plant-based meat is certified halal, kosher, and gluten-free. Tastes like real beef, Impossible Beef can be used for different dishes such as meatballs and meat pies.
