Matcha is probably one of the best things ever. It’s so versatile, you will find this particular flavour in the forms of different desserts. One of the Japanese bakery located in Singapore, Donq Boulangerie, went viral last year over its matcha bun.
Huluruk Myeon House’s Matcha Cookie Bun
Huluruk Myeon House, based in Bishan Junction, has introduced Korfe, its new Korean bakery cafe, a few months ago. The cafe specialises in making baked buns with different flavours such as Korean Garlic Bun, Matcha and Nutella Cookie Bun, Butter Croissant, and Almond Croissant.
Of Course, The Matcha Cookie Bun Looks Extremely Delightful
Just like many other good buns, the Matcha Cookie Bun comes with a crusty top, almost resembling a cookie. On the inside, find thick matcha oozing out when you sink your teeth in. It has a special touch of chocolate chips right on top, too.
Priced at $2 per bun, the sweet treat is definitely affordable. Some netizens mentioned that it tastes even better when it is microwaved before consuming.
Not To Be Missed By Matcha Lovers
No doubt, there are many good spots for matcha lovers around Singapore, and Huluruk Myeon House should be added to the list. After all, what’s not to like about buns with oozing matcha cream?
