Go! K-BBQ Is The Best Place To Go For Authentic Korean BBQ!

If you’re looking for a no-frills restaurant to enjoy a simple gathering, Go! K-BBQ is definitely the place you should visit! Taking extreme pride in their aged meat, Go! K-BBQ offers a wide range of aged meat and authentic Korean cuisine.

Go! K-BBQ Takes Huge Pride In Their Perfectly Aged Meat!

You know Go! K-BBQ is serious about the quality of their aged meat when the first thing you spot when you walk into the restaurant is their Meat Aging Room. To begin with, just look at the fresh and succulent meat on display at their chiller and you’ll know it is the real deal.

Of course, the specialty of Go! K-BBQ is aged meat. The meat is refrigerated for a fixed period of 15 days without packing at low temperatures. Therefore, this improves the tenderness of the meat and allow the meat to develop its own unique flavor!

Perfectly Cooked Aged Meat!

At Go! K-BBQ, their professional chefs go around the tables to cook the meat to perfection. They even use a thermometer to make sure the grill is at the right temperature! After the meat has been cooked, the chef will place the cooked meat onto a metal grill so you can enjoy it warm without overcooking it. Hence, rest assured that your meat is perfectly cooked to the right tenderness and color.

With that being said, here are some of the things we tried at Go! K-BBQ!

Jin Gal Bit Sal – Aged Boneless Beef Short Ribs ($34/150g)

Firstly, we tried out the Aged Boneless Beef Short Ribs. Just look at how amazing it looks even before it’s cooked.

Absolutely mouthwatering isn’t it? In particular, the aged beef was by far one of our favorites! As soon as you put a piece of this juicy aged beef into your mouth, it instantly melts and puts a smile on your face. The aged beef was so good that we just wanted to keep going back for more, no exaggeration needed!

Sam Gyeop Sal – Aged Black Pork Belly ($24/150g)

Next, we had a taste of the aged black pork belly. Just look at how juicy and succulent the generous portion of meat is!

It was shocking how tender the meat was, as we were expecting it to be slightly overcooked due to how thick the pork was.

In addition, it was also surprisingly flavorful as if there were extra flavors added to it despite no marination. Pair it with some lettuce, Kimchi, and garlic and you’re good to go!

Wang Yang Nyum Galbi – Aged Marinated Beef Rib ($38/250g)

Next, we tried the aged marinated beef ribs! To begin with, the portion size was also seemingly generous.

Sometimes, marinated meat tends to be overly sweet but this was perfectly marinated. In brief, the flavors were well-balanced and again, the meat was cooked to 100% perfection.

Above all, the aged marinated beef ribs were richly flavored and also extremely tender due to the 15-day aging process that it had undergone.

Gyeop Dae Gi – Holic Pork Skin ($18/200g)

Lastly, we tried their Holic Pork Skin!

Cooked with a flat iron, the pork skin was cooked to perfection after a while because of how thick it was. It almost looked like a giant piece of bak kwa! You can either eat it alone or pair it with the sauce that is served to every table.

Not Just KBBQ, Go! K-BBQ Also Serves Authentic Korean Cuisine!

Besides their signature aged meat Korean BBQ, Go! K-BBQ also offers an extensive selection of Korean cuisine and side dishes. It’s all recommended to enjoy after their famous Korean BBQ!

Boo Dae Ji Gae – Army Stew ($35) + Extra Noodles ($3)

The Korean army stew was worth every buck! Served with a huge variety of ingredients included, it was extremely flavorful and heartwarming. You can even add Korean Ramyeon at just $3 if you want something more filling!

Gal Bi Tang – Beef Rib Soup With Ginseng ($18)

Perfect for sharing, this hearty Beef Rib Soup with Ginseng is perfect for rainy days or when you’re feeling a little under the weather!

Handmade Pork Donkatsu ($16)

Look at how huge that Donkatsu is! Extremely crispy, it is then topped off with their signature sauce that just completes the overall dish.

They even have a Self-Cook Bar where you can cook your own fried egg, for free!
