These Carrot Cake Sticks are getting harder to find in Singapore, considering most stalls serve the fried carrot cake or the dim sum-styled one we are familiar with. Chai Chee Cai Tou Guo fries their carrot cake in batches to ensure freshness and crispiness in each serving. The Carrot Cake Sticks are first cut using a fixed cutter, arranged on a metal grill, and then fried in batches for two minutes.

The Carrot Cake Sticks are fried to a crispy golden brown, without it being too oily. The crispy exterior gives a pleasant crunch while the radish on the inside is soft and tender, giving a perfect contrast of textures.  Additionally, this delicious snack is served at only $2 for 10 pieces and $3 for 15 pieces, making this an absolute steal. Just take one bite and you won’t be able to stop!
