Since its glorious return to Singapore in 2019, A&W has expanded over the years, with seven outlets currently across the island. The popular fast-food chain announced its latest store in social media posts yesterday but the exact details of the location were not stated.
A&W Opens Their 7th Outlet In SG!
Fans, however, were quick to provide an answer: Admiralty Place. Additionally, a  job ad hiring both full- and part-timers seems to be backing up their speculations. A&W is offering up to $1,800 for full-time and up to $8.50/hour for part-timers. Located opposite Admiralty MRT Station, they join other F&B tenants like KFC, Coffee Bean, R&B bubble tea, and Swee Heng bakery.
The next nearest outlet is at Canberra Plaza, a 12-minute drive away.
Famous for their coney dogs and root beer floats, A&W first entered the Singapore market in 1966 but sadly left in 2003. When it first opened again at Jewel Changi Airport in 2019, it drew snaking queues of up to an hour, with menu items being sold out.
