Amber Ember Is A Gram-Worthy Café
Perfectly situated in between Serangoon and Hougang, Amber Ember is well-regarded for its selection of specialty coffee, and jaffles. Is the word ‘jaffles’ new to you? It is simply a fun way of saying toasted sandwich. Apart from having a good brunch selection, Amber Ember is the go-to spot for its interior. With warm coloured walls, wooden furniture, and potted plant all around, it is surely welcoming.
Over the past couple of months, Amber Ember has been brewing White Brew. Named Cold Shoulder, there are two options available; White Brew (Original) and White Brew + Chocolate. From the White Brew itself, expect a blend of chocolatey and nutty notes. The beautiful packing certainly helps. It comes in this sleek bottle with black labels. Cold-brew has never been so classy before.
You can’t say that you have been to Amber Ember without sinking your teeth into jaffles. Amber Ember has a wide selection of irresistible jaffles. Try out Mala del Rey, made with Szechuan spice and Mala Szechuan, Cheesus Loves You made with blue cheese, and Mr. Taiko made with Mentaiko egg mayo. Apart from jaffles, waffles and breakfast bowls are also available.
