Chinese New Year is just around the corner, and we are excited to see all the launches happening. In case you missed out, KFC is bringing back Goldspice Chicken alongside with new fries after three years of hiatus. On top of that, Burger King releases a new salmon burger topped off with chilli crab. Texas Chicken is now jumping on to the bandwagon.
Dropping Hae Bee Hiam Chicken & Pineapple Butter Biscuit
Starting from 18th January until the end of March, Hae Bee Hiam Chicken and Pineapple Butter Biscuit will be available at Texas Chicken. Hae Bee Hiam Chicken is made with aromatic dried shrimps fried with belacan, shallots, and other pieces. It has a little surprise of flavour from orange breadcrumbs.
Expect it to be a little spicy, thanks to the belacan. For one-piece, it is priced at $4.30. Or, have a full meal with a set of two-piece. It comes with sides and a beverage for $10.60. For the family, there are five pieces, eight pieces, and sixteen pieces. These combinations come with sides and beverages. It is priced at $29.90, $49.90, and $98.80 respectively.
In addition to this party, Texas Chicken releases new Pineapple Butter Biscuit. Think of the usual butter biscuit, but elevated with a glazed pineapple jam. It starts from $1.60 for a piece, two pieces at $3. and six pieces at $8.40.
