Use Your Rice Cooker To Cook Delicious Spaghetti Bolognese Without Pre-Boiling The Pasta

Possibly everyone around the world would have heard of Spaghetti Bolognese. This pasta dish is a classic Italian  favourite that we all love to eat. It is super tasty and even if you don’t like tomatoes, you can’t possibly resist eating this pasta dish. Here’s how you can cook this famous Italian dish without having to pre-boil your pasta. Just sit back, relax, and let good food cook in your rice cooker!

Prep All Your Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 200g spaghetti (or your preferred portion)
  • 250g beef mince (or pork mince)
  • 350g chicken stock (or water and chicken stock cube)
  • 350g tomato sauce
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 3 garlic cloves

Grab Your Rice Cooker & Let’s Get Cooking

Step 1: Dice the onion and garlic.

Step 2: Add 2 tablespoons oil into the rice cooker pot (do not switch on yet).

Step 3: Add in the garlic and onion into the rice cooker pot.

Step 4: Mix well to ensure garlic and onion are coated in oil.

Step 5: Turn on the rice cooker and press “Start”. Leave it for 5-8 minutes.

Step 6: Once garlic and onion are sizzling, add in beef mince into rice cooker pot.

Step 7: Cook the meat until it is 70% cooked. Then, add in the tomato sauce and chicken stock.

Step 8: Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper and a pinch of salt. Then, stir well and add in spaghetti.

Cook For 12-15 Minutes And Then It’s Time To Enjoy Spaghetti Bolognese!
