Soon kueh, also known as bamboo shoot dumplings, are a favourite among Singaporeans. No matter if it is steamed or pan-fried, it is always great when it is paired with some chilli sauce. This time around, check out House of Kueh, an online-based store that makes these tasty traditional Teochew treats. Freshly upon every order, these soon kuehs are available on a pre-order basis.
House of Kueh offers a variety of soon kueh. First up, check out the ‘classic’, it is made with dried shrimps and turnip. Apart from the ‘classic’, indulge in ‘bamboo’. ‘Bamboo’ fillings are a little more complex, it is a mixture of spinach skin, bamboo shot, sliced pork, black fungus, and dried shrimp.
