Taking the number one spot, Odette dethrones Gaggan from Bangkok from its four years reign. The must-visit restaurant is nestled in National Gallery Singapore. The restaurant rocks a feminine vibe. Normally, it is a rarity in top-end establishments. You will find colour schemes of soft pink, cream, and grey, as created by a local artist. You will find the restaurant absolutely dreamy.
