It Will Be At Raffles Arcade!

You might have heard of this famous London restaurant, Burger & Lobster, from their first-ever outlet at Jewel Changi Airport. Yup, you guessed it – they serve burgers and various lobster dishes like lobster rolls! News of Burger & Lobster’s second outlet in Singapore has been going around, and it will be at Raffles Hotel Singapore! While the exact opening date is not yet known, we can expect it to be in the last quarter of the year. But it will definitely be up by 2020.

You know what they say: the bigger the better. Their new outlet is said to be three times as big as their current Jewel Changi Airport one! There will also be more items on their menu as compared to Jewel’s. Hopefully the Singapore-exclusive Sambal Glazed Lobster will make their appearance at their second outlet too!

Lobsters are definitely the highlight in their menu. They only use wild, live Canadian lobsters to ensure the quality and freshness of their lobsters.

Try out their Original Lobster Roll ($40++) which features a buttery, soft, brioche bun stuffed full with chunks of lobster meat. The lobster meat is tossed in a Japanese mayo, making the freshness of the lobster really shine through. In addition, they are very generous with the lobster meat, making the most out of your bucks!

Also try out the Singapore-exclusive Sambal Glazed Lobster ($65++)! You get 1.5 lbs of steamed lobster, which roughly amounts to 700g. The steamed lobster is then glazed in a spicy sambal sauce, giving it a local flair.

If lobsters aren’t your thing, don’t worry! You can get burgers too. The Mayfair ($25++) is the most popular, with a grilled Nebraskan beef patty. It is then topped with homemade pickles, onion, tomato, signature burger sauce and crunchy iceberg lettuce between a brioche bun.

They even have an option for non-meat eaters! The Impossible™ Burger ($20) features a plant-based burger patty, along with other vegetables. Moreover, the brioche buns are swapped out for pumpkin brioche, making The Impossible™ Burger more unique.
