1. Check Out The Movie Theater

If you are a big fan of movies, you need to drop by their movie theater and watch movies for free! Movie theaters are available in Terminal 2, and Terminal 3, and it is almost open for 24 hours every single day! Well, they close sometimes for maintenance. You can check out their screening schedule before heading to the terminals. Currently, they are playing Crazy Rich Asians, Mamma Mia! Here We Again, and Christopher Robins! What are you going to watch?

2. Head To The Gaming Room

Flying in a plane can be very tiring, and it makes your bones a little stiff too! Time to loosen it up in the gaming room. Check out their Xbox Kinect, it is a very good workout as it requires movements. There are many games for you to select such as tennis, bowling, and many more. It is surely a good place to have fun with your friends and family. Too lazy? You can play arcade games, computer games, and even the iconic PlayStation at their Entertainment Deck! What a treat!

3. Take A Ride On Their Slide

There are just no words to describe Changi Airport! If you think it doesn’t get any better than this, you’re wrong ’cause they have the tallest slide in an airport. The amazing slide is as long as four floors! And, it takes you only six seconds to get down. Talk about speed! To ride, all you need to do is spend $10 in one receipt, and redeem it at Terminal 3. You can ride it a maximum of ten times a day! Unfortunately, there is a height requirement. You need to be within 1.3 metres to 2.0 metres!

4. Dip In The Swimming Pool

If you missed the very iconic infinity pool at Marina Bay Sands, you can take a dip in Changi Airport! This space is very relaxing with jacuzzi, and also a poolside bar. This will cost you $17 unless you’re a guest in Aerotel Airport Transit Hotel! This is one of the amazing facilities of Changi Airport that was highlighted by Nas Daily. Remember the drone shots? It is definitely a good way to stretch it out before your next flight. Find it at Aerotal Airport Transit Hotel located at Terminal 1.

5. Shop Until You Drop

This is a must-do in every airport. We are talking about duty-free shopping! Your shopping experience at Changi Airport will be lit as there are as many as 350 stores for you to check out. You can get luxury goods, to basic necessities that you will need while you travel. Some of the big fashion brands you can find are Braun Buffel, Burberry, Furla, and Singapore’s home brand, Charles & Keith. There are also watches, jewels, toys, books, and gifts! Yay, shopping!

6. Feast At Their Hawker Centre

We love food! Scattered around all terminals, there are many food courts with local delicacies for you to discover. Do you fancy yourself some Hainanese Chicken Rice or Bak Kut Teh? You will need to go to Singapore Food Street, a food street themed food court! It’s past midnight, and you need some food? Head down to Food Gallery Menu Of Colors. They have so many local favourites including Cantonese Wanton Noodles, Indian Roti Prata, Malay Satay and Mee Rebus. If you’re missing home, go to their International Food Hall. Some of their specialties include Japanese, Vietnamese, and Thai!

7. Take Photographs In The Sunflower Garden

Gardens! You will be amazed by the number of gardens they have at the airport! Apart from Sunflower Garden, there are also Water Lily Garden, Cactus Garden, Orchid Garden, Enchanted Garden, and also a Butterfly Garden. Wow! Sunflower Garden has more or less 500 sunflowers to brighten up your day! If you are looking for something absolutely out of this world, you need to check out their Enchanted Garden. It has sparkling lights that will sure to tantalise you!

8. Be Awed By Kinetic Rain

Changi Airport is artistic. Even something so simple as furniture can be very extraordinary. But, the most eye-catching you will see is their art installations. Kinetic Rain is one of the amazing art installations. It is made of 1216 bronze droplets. Controlled by a computer programme, you will see the droplets moving gracefully. Some other installations you need to check out are Petalclouds and Steel In Blooms. Petalclouds is a grand scale kinetic sculpture, almost similar to Kinetic Rain!

9.Say Hello At The Social Tree

Social Tree is the most interactive installation at Changi Airport. You can share and store your photos and videos of Changi in this avant-garde memory capsule! How does it work? There are eight booths surrounding that will aid you to attach your photos on the big screen! See your photos floating on their 360-degree display with various animated backgrounds! You can always retrieve and re-live your digital memories during your next visit. How? We are not sure.

10. Have Fun At The Chandelier

Fun times for the kids! Chandelier is not a normal art installation, the five-storey crimson red playground is standing 16 metres and 10 metres wide! It is made out of climbing nets. Not only that, it houses a fireman’s pole that allows people to slide down! In order to get into the biggest art installation, you will need to be at least 1.1 metres tall. Don’t take off your shoes before you get in, you will need them! This fantastic art installation is open 24 hours.
